Delta State Signage & Advertisement Agency
Digitizing outdoor advertising regulation, compliance, payments, and enforcement across Delta State.
A statutory body for orderly outdoor advertising.
DESSAA is the regulatory authority established by the Delta State Government to govern the planning, permitting, and oversight of all outdoor signage and advertising structures within the State. Our work protects public safety, supports legitimate enterprise, and preserves the visual character of our cities and roads.
Government-backed authority
Empowered by Delta State law to issue, suspend, and revoke advertisement permits, and to enforce compliance through structured penalties.
Statewide operations
Active in all 25 Local Government Areas of Delta State with dedicated zone officers covering Asaba, Warri, Sapele, Ughelli, Agbor and beyond.
Industry regulation
We set standards for billboards, hoardings, wraps, digital screens, street furniture and event branding — protecting both advertisers and the public.
Six responsibilities entrusted to the Agency.
